Booking Now: Team Coaching Package

Overview

This is designed for teams who may be newly formed or are looking to improve particular aspects of their team dynamics such as communication , remote working and interaction, role definition, sales planning or group resilience.  In advance, I'd ask the team to complete an online C-Me behavioural questionnaire which provides a dataset to discuss during the workshops. The elements of the package planning are typically as follows:

Introductory call

I'd suggest a 30 minute call to understand your needs and what the particular challenges you're looking to solve.   We'd plan a workshop date and agree on a timeline for online questionnaires to be completed. 

Team workshop

The agenda for the workshop would roughly break down as: 

  • Introduction to C-Me and Behavioural Profiling
  • Interactice Card Game (see blog for details)
  • What the colours mean 
  • Focus on individual reports
  • Discussion of reports as a team and the implications, looking at team wheel and identifying any gaps
  • Developing an action plan
  • Next Steps

Follow Up Support

We'd have a follow-up call to discuss any tailored further support such as further workshops for other teams or focusing on specific themes as well as one-to-one coaching support if required.

There are three areas where I can help on a one-to-one basis:

  • Career progression - investigating what your needs and core values are, understanding any potential blockers and looking at future options
  • Leadership - identifying potential skills gaps and areas for development, profiling your leadership style (with specific tools) and reframing success
  • Professional development - looking at specific skills and standards, training options and objective setting.

Team Coaching

What's needed from the client

One-to-one Coaching

I offer 3-hour workshops for up to 10 people, perfect for any team looking to optimize their performance through digital consultancy. Before the workshop, each team member will complete a questionnaire using the C-Me behaviour profiling tool. 


By the end of the session, participants will have a clearer understanding of their individual strengths, insights on how to maximize each other's potential, and techniques for developing their communication styles. 


Additionally, I can provide further workshops that focus on performance improvement, leadership development, and change management.
